SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR | Kim P. Goh
Prior to joining Hudson Ventures in 2000, Kim held several senior
management positions in the financial and healthcare industries. He
was an Executive Vice President at Merck/Medco, a "Mail-order
Pharmacy" and Pharmacy Benefits Manager. Kim was a Director at
Chemical Bank, Delaware and the Head of the Retail Operations at
Chemical Banking Corporation. During his tenure at Citibank, Kim was
the Technology Head of the Capital Market Group, the Global Equities
Group and the International Private Bank. He was instrumental in
acquiring, building and repositioning several wholly owned subsidiary
companies of Citibank. His portfolio included technology software and
service companies, including a securities clearance broker subsidiary
and a securities lending operation with a $3 billion portfolio. While
at Chemical Bank, Kim was the Representative for the Consumer Banking
Association to the Electronic Benefits Transfer Task Force Washington
D.C. Kim is an active investor and advisor to several privately held
companies in Brazil and Asia, and he also served on the Boards of
several Hudson Ventures portfolio companies.
Kim holds a B. A. degree from Southampton College, M. A. degree
(Economics) from the New School for Social Research, Master of
International Affairs degree from Columbia University, and Master of
Science in Information Technology degree from Carnegie Mellon
University. Kim is also a graduate of the Harvard University Advanced
Management Program.
